Marie Heger

Marie is also right around the corner from us. We asked her if she would like to join us and were able to inspire her directly for the partner team. Shortly thereafter, we slid together directly into the project around the mustang mare Wild Berry - we as godparents and Marie as a trainer. In 2019, after a turbulent time, Marie and Wild Berry got back together with our help. ♥︎ After this intensive time, they were of course not to be missed in our image video shoot.

What do I report on my accounts?

My daily work with horses, with many valuable tips about behavior, training and psyche of humans and horses.

How did I come to the horses/ how is my "equine" career?

I grew up with the ponies and horses of my grandfather. Later, I studied acting, animal psychology, specializing in horses, trainer certificates (FN/EWU), teaching at the IVK - Institute for Behavior & Communication, etc... My career with horses has always focused on optimizing the quality of life for humans and horses. A competitive thought with the animals or the participation in tournaments is no part of my life or my work.

My absolute favorite horse:

I can't answer that question, I love them all too much for that.

My most beautiful experience in connection with the horses:

The birth of a foal in Spain. In the middle of the lockdown, I had to manage a stucked birth without a vet. I managed it with a lot of energy and with telephone guidance from my vet in Germany, I pulled the foal out of the mother mare. Both survived and are doing well. It was a great feeling to save lives.

What is important to me in the handling, attitude and training with the horse:

That would go beyond the scope here, because it is insanely much and complex. The best thing is to look over my shoulder at my work with the horses and people. There you get the best impression.

My life motto:

It wouldn't suit me if I had a set mantra. Everything is in flux ... well, maybe that's it.

Personal tip for our followers:

Social media can be inspiring, but also destructive. Stay mindful in your communication and in differentiating the information you receive on the net!

The horses.
